Don’t listen to the silly mind that takes you on the merry go round of negativity! It plays the same awful song. The song can go on for eternity if you let it.
You have to get off the ride, but once you do that is when you can change the station and your life.
Find a different song, one of love and joy. Sad songs of hurt and suffering are tragic and will reflect in your actions. Choose happiness each and everyday of this life!
