While meditating on the deck this morning I noticed that the cracked cover of the water system had been replaced. The landlord said it needed cleaning as dirt had entered through the small openings and contaminated all the water.

He organised to have the inside cleaned out. This required shutting off the supply and scrubbing in areas below the surface. Looking down I hadn’t realised how far it reached.

Sustainable healing starts from the inside out. We must open the lids to our being to examine our hurts. The most difficult are those buried deep within. We will contaminate all areas of our lives until we do so effectively.
