The hydrangea stems had been sat drying out in my garden for 2 months, but something told me to hold on and keep believing that they would blossom and bring new life.
Each day I watered them and sent them love. I thought to myself, they have to live; they’re one of my favourite flowers.
Yesterday was Thanksgiving, and in the morning I noticed shoots of green breaking through the brown stems. New life and the harvest is to be celebrated.
