My book editor asked me what the message for the book is in one phrase my reply ‘we must create to stay sane‘. I  have been lost in my head for months and not creating which releases such energy as productive output.

My anxieties have triggered some pretty extreme breathing problems. I thought to stop many of the things that I was doing in order to address the precious issue but the place where I felt joy was in producing creative works.

I have allowed fear and worry to take over and cloud my judgement. It has held my legs from doing the things that I love. I must return to a place of enjoying the journey and seeing each breath as a blessing. Who cares about the money if it only brings you pain.
