There is this tireless hamster inside the mind that runs itself in circles. Sometimes I wish I could just slow it down or stop the madness.

To be still and not have to fight so hard but I know if I didn’t have it, I would be like a superhero giving up my powers.

I just need to learn to train the horse so that I can ride. At the moment it is wild and out of control but with every day we make progress together.
