We look to the trees and there we can see ourselves. Like the trees our leaves must fall. The old parts and ways of being that have no life must go. In our moments of greatest despair we may feel lost. If you were to look to the winter thin trees and break a piece, you would see that in its core is life.
When you stand in the mirror to face a person you do not recognize, know that you are moving and shifting in ways you could not have imagined. Pain is a part of transformation and life without suffering can not exist. Joy and misery are one of the same, the sooner we accept the easier we shift. The seasons have their own time.
To rush is to say that we don’t want to be here, not to be here is to be lost. Lost because the reality of our minds does not exist. We created our today, so why not embrace it and exist in it. Spring will come and our leaves will grow and maybe even flowering into something beautiful.
