I kept my dress designs in a suitcase for almost a year. My passion for the dream was broken down. Life stepped in and whipped me about. 

It was over the past two weeks I decided to stop feeling sad, stop being disheartened. I have slowly started to take my heart out. Carefully steaming the Elsa Fitzgerald dresses.

Today I have even packaged a special one to send out. Found some of the Balinese lace that originally inspired my work. I tacked them to the cork board and cracked open the bird to take wings.

I am going to start drawing my own lace.
